We are looking for a dedicated Sales Team Lead to coordinate our sales teams ensure the team's sales quotas are met, and support management. You will perform sales, management, and administrative tasks, such as coordinating your sales team, reporting on performance, collaborating with management to ensure growth.

The purpose of your job:
Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers’ problems.
Giving prompt reports on crucial issues to direct senior officer, suggest answers where obtainable.
Making propositions, giving suggestions and designating sales target and job obligations to each sales staff.
Offering inspiration and training of internal sales personnel on how to attain business sales objective.
