We sell industrial equipment and spare parts from various manufacturers, and are among other things the local representation of many manufacturers. Your area of responsibility:
• General organizational and correspondence
• Accompany projects independently, contribute your strengths pragmatically and personally
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings
• Internal and external interface to management
• Project controlling
• Creation of decision templates
• Support in strategic questions
• Active support of development processes
• Organization of appointments and trips
• Active participation in meetings
Your profile:
• You have completed training or a degree, preferably business administration.
• You are not afraid of numbers.
• You are confident in dealing with MS Office, especially Excel.
• You bring willingness to perform as well as flexibility in terms of time and distinguish yourself through discretion and integrity.
• You work in a structured manner and have organizational skills.
• You can quickly familiarize yourself with new, unfamiliar topics.
• Openness to travel
• You speak and write fluent German and have good knowledge of English.
