As a Junior Customer Support Representative in our company, you will offer 1st line assistance regarding various matters such as account queries, bonus inquiries, complaints, promotions, basic technical support and other various troubleshooting needs, while learning the A-B-Cs of a very profitable industry and opening doors to new career possibilities.

Starting salary: 2600 RON net for the first 3 months, 3000 RON net after these
Monthly, quality-based bonuses (up to 200 EUR net, monthly)

Requirements:

Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
Customer satisfaction oriented
Friendly communication style
Skilled PC and internet user

Key Responsibilities:

Handling the various customer queries through live chat (mostly), email (some) and phone (rarely) to the agreed quality standards
Creating a fun, friendly environment by presenting an empathetic and helpful attitude to the customers while always providing correct information
Working with back-office and internal tools as well as engaging 3rd parties (platform provider) to ensure customer queries are answered and / or resolved in a timely and correct manner
Following internal procedures, performing required verifications
Crediting bonuses and promoting the brands’ promotions
Actively engaging with customers to increase player activity
