The Customer Support Agent with Italian will assist and advise costumers on their on-line purchases, as well as provide solutions for any issues that might arise during the entire ordering process. The costumer care will take place via chat and telephone.
Requirements:
• Italian at an advanced level (B2/C1).
• Basic English skills (B1 level).
• Desire to gain experience: It’s okay if it’s your first job; you’ll learn alongside us.
• Customer support experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work from office.
