Is your English good? Are you vigilant, responsible, and looking for a stable role in the security industry? Our CCTV company is seeking a Control Room Operator to monitor surveillance systems and ensure security for our clients.
○ Job Details:
• Shifts: 12-hour shifts (07:00 AM – 07:00 PM & 07:00 PM – 07:00 AM)
• Schedule: 3 days on, 3 days off (rotating)
• Location: Bucharest, 5 minutes walk from Universitate
○ Responsibilities:
• Monitor live CCTV feeds and respond to security incidents
• Report suspicious activities and escalate as needed
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and shift reports
• Communicate with security teams and emergency services when required
○ What We Offer:
• Base Salary: 5.000 LEI/month

• Employed basis or flexible Self-Employed Role with a reliable and structured schedule
• Billing Support: We provide an account to handle all invoices and payments
• You will receive company training regarding the company policies and procedures
○ Requirements:
• Good English communication skills are key
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert during shifts
• Ability to handle incidents professionally
• Basic computer skills for report logging and system monitoring
