PRIME SALES SOLUTIONS SRL is part of EUROPEAN HORIZON BIOTECHNOLOGY LTD - an European trade company based on own manufactured cosmetics products. We’re successfully operating in 15 countries of Europe with B2C model.

We have two headquarters - one in Cyprus and one in Bulgaria.

There are nearly 70 people employed in our company and we’re expecting the number of the people employed will reach 120 people in the nearest future.

What we need now:

Agents for outbound and inbound calls (sales calls for natural products).

Ideal candidate

Will have:

Fluency or even native in Italian

English speaking skills needed too because the company spoken language is English

Some experience in Tele sales or Telemarketing is a big plus( 3 months - 1 year)
Consultative sales skills, negotiation skills and persuasiveness

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, customer care skills
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency with basic PC skills

Will be:

A mature person in order to deal effectively with all kind of people of different ages and different cultures

Highly reliable, willing to learn and acquire new skills

The right candidate for this position is an individual that can communicate in a friendly, conversational manner. Superior listening skills are equally important.

Job specifications:

Take calls and process orders in an accurate manner

Promptly contact the customers to inform them about a products using scripts and arrange up-sale

Improve the quality of work, improve the script and work with objections

Provide to the customers detailed information regarding the products of the company and answer the questions of them

Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

Arrange working schedule in accordance with the Team Leader directions

Constantly work on the improvement of key performance indicators of you and the entire team

Carefully enter customer information in the database (CRM)

Place the order to the warehouse and company delivery system

Handle complaints to preserve the company’s reputation
