Role overview:
This job involves supervising and training the agency models according to already well-defined internal indications, standards and procedures. You will work alongside our team of trainers other managers, and co-workers to achieve all the proposed objectives. We are looking for determined, enthusiastic and positive people to join our diverse and dynamic team, located in Bucharest (Unirii Square).
Responsibilities:
Ensuring a good performance of the models collective, their activity and their financial efficiency
Evaluating and report the individual yield of each model they work with so that the team of trainers and executive Managers can make the necessary decisions
Ensuring the implementation of all procedures, indications and internal regulations
Being a constant inspiration for our models, offering permanent coach and support
Also offering a daily transparency, honesty, openness and understanding
Support models in different area of activities such: beauty, dressing, video and photo sessions, fashion-related extra-activities, healthy programs, or setting personal goals and objectives
Qualification:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of a similar experience in a similar environment
Previous Leadership and mentoring experience in this specific field
excellent communication skills
Pleasing attitude and desire for growth and development.
Open-minded, positive and determinate
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement business goals and objectives for models
Strong results oriented
Fluency in English and Bachelor degree
