GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or higher
• At least 3 years of experience in vehicle supply and operations
• Having a portfolio of vehicles and transporters
• Sensitive about customer experience
• Good command of MS Office
• Able to follow up and analytical thinking
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency
• Fluent in English
• Good written and verbal communication skills and human relations
• Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Eastern Europe (Romania, Bulgaria, Greece +Hungary, Italy and Spain)
• Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments, sharing vehicle status with the customer at regular periods
• Successfully conducts and completes all assigned duties
• Carrying out all operational processes from loading to delivery
• Organizing and planning the routes
• Digital archiving of transport documents
• Work closely with suppliers, vendors and drivers to ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the supply chain.
