We are looking for a Customer Success/Support who is ready to revolutionize the future of property management with the uniquely simple, fast, and beautiful PropTech solution that we are offering.
As part of our customer support team, you will help our customers with their daily work with the project.
Your activities will include:
⏩ Process phonecalls & tickets
⏩ Editing tickets
⏩ Answering product-related questions
⏩ Provide feedback to the customers in using German language
⏩ Conception and creation of support articles and videos
⏩ Coordination and communication with the developers
You shall bring:
✅ Customer facing experience
✅ Fluent in English & German (both writing & speaking)
✅ Problem-solving skills and technical understanding of products and systems
✅ Strong communication skills in customer contact
✅ Reliability and independence in handling tasks
Nice to have:
⏩ Background in economics, computer science, business administration, or similar (Bachelor/Master).
